i cleared my cache and that didn't help. Do the videos stop working sometimes? I need to view one today and it worked two days ago.

Philippe: I see you are logged in and your subscription is up to date.

Most likely a recent web browser update is making your browser block "FLASH" content by default. You will need to go into your web browser settings and enable "FLASH" for our website.

Please see the information posted here: http://www.rotax-owner.com/en/support-topmenu/using-the-website#FlashFix

(4th item on this page gives some instructional links to enabling FLASH in different web browsers...)

Our streaming video servers run 24/7, except for an occasional brief maintenance interval to apply security patches (last service reboot was 38 days ago). Usually if you have watched a video before but it's not playing for you now, that is because on your most recent playback attempt there was some temporary network interference somewhere between you and our servers (located on the west coast of Canada) which has garbled the video 'header'. A cache clear usually deletes the broken media header from your browser, and it should be fine again. Send me an email ( info@rotaxowner.com ) if you have a persistent issue with one or more videos and we'll do some troubleshooting...
