Don't even go there. If I was you I would bite the bullet and buy a new crankshaft, if there is the slightest mark on the bearing bores in the crankcase, I would buy a short motor.
Rotax recommend that you don't dis assemble the crank shaft and after some one doing one for me about 22 years ago, I would agree with them. If it was a motor cycle crankshaft, it would be a different story.
There can be small pieces of metal from the bearings embedded anywhere in the engine.
I would say you need a new, short motor.
