I am not real smart, but I can not believe the problem is at this end and not yours. When I try to log in as I said, and have to go through the steps to have info emailed because I supposedly forgot my username/password. When I say I forgot my password, it asks me to enter my user name, and email address. When I enter my username, it instantly tells me in red lettering that this user name is not recognized, the same user name that I see used for me at this very moment I am writing this. So that tells me, that if your site is telling me it does not recognize a username that I can see on my screen now, then the problem is with you.

There is definitely no water contamination in the gas, is the process of getting the starting rope to retract, so I can check the spark, an easy task? Can I take cover off to do this, or just hit the thing with a hammer like I have done lawn mowers?
While I did mention that the unit got wet, I did not mention that it was on a trailer for nine hours being pulled at 60 miles an hour. Something could have become loose on engine to cause this, just fishing and trying to come up with the right questions so maybe I can find the place to look for the solution, I am today going to look at every wire on the motor and machine, and hope someone can give me the instructions to get the rope to retract, of course I have no electric start. Thanks, I have left the email Rotax link on my email instead of deleting, I am hoping when I want to log in again I can just go to email hit link and be in, but who knows.

I got the rope to retract, by turning the prop. One problem solved now to check for spark. I don't believe it going to show a spark, and do need to have info as to what is causing this. Thanks

Dave, I think I see the website problem... are you logging in with your NAME ( Dave Van Meter ) ??

To log in you need to use either your email, or your "USERNAME". Your name is shown here in the forum, ("same user name that I see used for me") but that is not the actual "login username". Try logging in with either your account username Skyguy55, or your email address, and I think you will be fine thereafter.

My username is Flyguy55 I know what my password is, I have no reason to use my real name as a username. I told you what happens when I try to recover my password just to see what it would do. As I said it failed to even recognize my user name, Flyguy55, it is on the sight as you can see, so why do you suppose when trying to recover my password it tells me that user name is not in the system? You are not really addressing the problem as it is, you are acting like I am doing something I'm not and blaming that.
