Greetings from Costa Rica!!
I´ve just bought an old 532 single carburator with points but I have a slight problem with my engine, it´s not really critical but it drives me crazy a bit. After 10 - 15 min running sometimes -not always- the engine suddenly loose a bit of power around 700 rpm - 1.000 rpm. it happens normally between 4.500 rpm - 6.200 rpm and I have to release a bit the throotle and then it works again, CHT and EGT are values are normal perhaps a little change of temperature in EGT probe during this moment . Normallly it works again in a few seconds playing a bit with the gas. then rpm estabilize again. It is not critical, but I don´t feel very confident with that.
- When the engine is cold receiving throottle without any problems from min to max rpm.
- Starting engine is without any problems , cold or hot, motor starts at the first pull.
- Idle speed is about 1.800 rpm -tiny tech-,
- Cooling is working ok, I add just destilated water no coolant, I fly wih very high temp above 30ºC always.
Any ideas/solutions would be appreciated
Thanks a lot..!!!
