582 RPM Loss

Hello all.. I have an older 582 grey head on my Avid. It use to run great through 6700 rpm but now, after sitting for three months it will only get to around 6k then it falls off like it’s being flooded or something. It will go to full power when I pump the primer though for a few seconds. I’ve changed out all of the fuel lines, manual engine pump, fuel, plugs and even cleaned the carbs to my ability. Help please!! I miss flying my little bird..
