Had the same.
It was 3 out of 8 hydraulic valve lifters + camshaft causing all the metal on magnetic plug.
Engine was still running but a HUGHE amount of metals collected at magnet.
See attached photo of the hydraulic lifters. Some was worn down quite much.

Every 600 hours.
