Also, how strong or bright is everyone’s spark. I had to close my hangar doors to see the spark rel goog.

Spark isn't real bright. So yours sounds normal.

Roger is correct, it is difficult to see.

You can't see it normally, especially in bright light.  This is because if is far faster than a magneto ignition spark as we see in a conventional aircraft engine.  The CDI spark snaps very fast resulting in a very thin blue spark.  The rise time of the conventional magnito is much slower resulting in a far more visible (fat) spark.  The discharge voltage is about the same.

    Cheers

    Hi

as I read your text I don’t think the problem is coming from ignition, to be sur you need to mesure the values of the ignition, cables , spark caps and triggers; when it’s done you adjust correctly the trigger gaps (all the value are in the MMH); I’m pretty sure you don’t find anythings wrong.

When I look at your pic I’ve a doubt of a freshly carburetor work; they are dirty like all the engine so it doesn’t give a good feeling … so make a perfect overhaul of your carburetors, synchronize them perfectly at 3000rpm achive a nice 1 400rpm idle and have a try…

    Hi

New look at you pic, why don’t you get a mecanical pump? So be sure the fuel pressure is right FIRST
