tube exhaust diameter

Helo everybody,  I am going to fabricate a custom exhaust system, with four identical stainless-steel tubes and a titanium silencer (TIG welding with internal argon back-purging).
Could you please tell me the diameter of the original cylinder-head exhaust flange and the diameters of the original exhaust tubes?
