I am building a new elecktrical system on my STOL 701-912S. And to have the safety, i want to make a cill switch on my charging system (GEN / BAT switch) I plan to put relays on the 2 Yellow wires, that is supplying the regulator ! Do I destroy anything inside the flywheel, when cilling the generator like this (when the engine are running)? A configuration like this is wanted, du to atleast one known fire in the regulator !

Actually, Bob Nuckoll's "AeroElectric Connection" book recommends doing just that--put a relay in line on one of the two yellow alternator wires. It is not necessary to put relays in line on both wires, as they are in series anyway.
The relay is commonly controlled with a three-position master switch, which is OFF-BATTERY ONLY-BATTERY+ALT so the relay can't be engaged unless the battery is also in the system.

Have fun with your 701. I made the first flight in mine just last weekend.
