FWIW, today I removed and cleaned the sensors and reinstalled them with no sealant but with a drop of Stabilant 22 and they are all rock solid as of the test flight. I appreciate all the information on replacements - I'll surely use it.

Well, I was a little premature. The sensor that acted badly on the oil temp today acted up a little on the right CHT. The oil temp, which used to be the right CHT, acted up a little, as well. The left CHT senosr, which used to be bad, was rock solid again today.
More grounding work to be done, obviously. I have some ideas in mind.

    James,

Since all the probes affected are grounded to the engine block, you might check the engine block to frame ground. or the engine block to battery neg. ground.
