Re: fuel dripping from air cleaner

Hi. I have a similar issue on one carb.. fuel flows from the idle air jet orifice sometimes when the plane is parked. No fuel comes out of the overflow tubes.. are the float levels perhaps incorrect. I have recently replaced all floats (about 50 hours ago) about 6months ago.

If you're talking about the exterior mixture screw that you adjust 1.5 turns out leaking then replace the "O" ring. If this one is leaking then it may be time to replace all internal "O" rings. Floats don't cause the mixture screw to leak.
