9125 oil pressure jumping around now up to 114psi

One year old 912s. About 200 hours and oil pressure jumps around 40 to 70 psi normally but now it goes up to 114 full throttle. I let up on throttle and goes to 70, back on throttle up to 114 psi. It does the 40 to 70 normally but just started noticing this 114 SOMETIMES. Not sure if sender problem or oil system problem. Any thoughts on this..

Hi Paul,

First thing to check is the ground for this. This sounds like a loose signal wire or bad ground. A loose or poor ground can cause this. I personally consider everything hand tight and wrench loose until I put a wrench on it.

If these are good to go it could be the sender. I doubt your engine has these pressures for real.
