    The last work done was all those supposte to do "by the book". Nothing else. Nothing diferent of what I hv done before on all others that I had. New pics below from my Rotax Repair Center. They are still surprised. ...they dont undestand what happend. They suspect "a kind of poorly made piece" but they are not able to be really sure about it.

    Most likely oil starvation.
    Could be any number of reasons: hoses kinked/worn through. no oil in tank, crankcase air leak (no oil return), oil pump failure?

    If you just had some extensive or intrusive work done this could be a MIF. (mechanic induced failure)
    If you just had maint. that would make this highly suspicious of either something done or not done during that work.

    Not saying it was, but it would need to be investigated to rule it in or out.
