    Hi Bill

Yes my rate of climb one up is around or above 1300 ft / min.

However, things change when I have a second big guy (110kgs) there and full of fuel. I expect the extra climb will be helpful in these instances when starting in a higher airfield.

I'm looking forward to making the change.
    Thank you for the support.

I fly an AutoGyro Cavalon with a 914. My pitch is set to about 5700 at WOT and 40 inches. This seems to give me the best performance all around. My cruise RPM and manifold is typically 5200 and 31 inches when heavy, and around 4900 and 29 inches when light. My understanding of the Rotax is that it's best to run at 5000 RPM or higher, so I've pitched it to allow normal cruise without the RPM getting too low.
