Oil tank top?

I'm looking to replace or repair my 912ULS oil tank top. I see Rotax does not offer it as a stand alone item, only as a complete assembly.
Can anyone tell me why this is?
The return line (in) has a crack at the joint where it enters the top. (Yes I did use 2 wrenches when tightening the AN6 fittings.....)
Does anyone know of a repair that can be done on this? I'm NOT really wanting to spend $800+ on getting this fixed....
