Bing 64 Welsh Plug

So I just overhauled some Bing 64 carbs. Having cleaned them I put them back together and left in the parts tray at the end of the job was a small Welsh Plug that appears to have come out of somewhere during the disassembly process. Just to be clear, this is not the welsh plug that sits in the location where electrical carb heat devices are sometimes mounted. This one is intact as expected. The welsh plug I was left over with is much smaller measuring just 8.1mm o/d. I’m struggling to figure out where it has come from. I stripped the carbs down again to see if there was anywhere obvious that it could have fallen out of but I can’t see anywhere. Any ideas? TIA
