Carb throttle options

Contact McFarlane Aviation and ask to speak to Ben. He might have a solution. 

McFarlane has two lighter throttle springs; one is somewhat lighter, the other is a lot lighter. I have been using the lightest spring for years.

On our RV12's Van's has changed to a Torsional(?) spring that wraps around the throttle shaft rather than the old Linear Springs that were vibrating and breaking. Much more even spring tension, and less "arm wrestling" the throttle. Don't know whether they came from McFarlane.
