Your engine coolant system is no longer sealed. Only the overflow bottle itself should be vented to the atmosphere. Pull your reservoir cap, clean everything, thoroughly, including the inside of the reservoir and cap, and check the rubber gasket is clean and pliable or replace it.  Check all hoses and connections, refill the reservoir, set the level of coolant in the overflow bottle to “normal for your engine”, then run the engine until hot and recheck in the morning. If no change, it’s time to do a coolant pressure check of the system.

Is the coolant oily? You may have a cracked head, letting oil into the coolant passage.

That is becasue the line that feeds into your overflow bottle is collapsing and not allowing coolant to flow back through it. Change the line with a stiff one and I bet your problem goes away...This is also the simplest, cheapest thing to do first!
