I'm trying to add a smoker system to my 914 turbo charged Rotax. If I inject the Smoke Oil before the CHRA well that damage it should I go into the muffler. I tried just using the exhaust pipe but the temperatures are too low to cook the oil. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Consider injecting into an exhaust pipe BEFORE the muffler.

What are you using for Smoke Oil?

Plain VAP Fluid as used by the E-Cigarette crowd is available from 1gallon bottles to 55 gallon drums wholesale.
It is a combination of Propylene Glycol (PG) and Vegetable Glycol (VG) and can be thinned with water if needed.
It produces massive smoke and readily available.  Bio friendly too!

Thanks for the suggestion, the muffler is bolted on to the turbo so there is no place before it.
I am going to look into the VAP fluid .i

The place before the Muffler is the header pipe coming off the cylinder head.
3-4" after the bend and well away from the EGT probe will have plenty of very HOT exhaust gas.
