Use of decalin additive with 100 LL in 914 F series engine

The dosage of 1/2 ounce per ten gallons of fuel is a minimum. This can be increased to a maximum of 2 ounces per gallon for problem engines.

in metric  that would be  1ml of Decalin / 25.6 of fuel          up to 4ml/ 25.6 litres

Please correct me if I am wrong.

0.5oz per 10 gallons is 1 : 2,560 

2oz per Gallon is 1:64

I think that would translate to 1ml / 2.56 Liters, up to 1ml /64ml of fuel.

Or more conveniently,   ~4ml per 10L  up to ~150ml per 10L of fuel.

That means that for 10 L of fuel, 4 to 150 ml of decalin additive has to be added?

And what is the procedure of adding it?

Everytime after fueling? 

Where to be added? Fuel tank or engine? 

Minimum level: 0.5 Oz of the decalin can use in 40 liters of 100 LLL fuel.

Maximum Level: 4 OZ in 15 liters of 100 LL fuel.

 Minimum quantity can use for the engine that has fewer running hours (50-100 hrs).

If a dosage of decalin quantity increased from (0.5 to 4 OZ for 40 Liters) there are no side effects on the health of the engine.

Obviously, you can add it to the fuel tank (once till the end of fuel in the fuel tank) as it becomes Tonic and it Scavenges Lead in 100 LL fuel after combustion to prevent lead oxide buildup on valves.
