Update. I did get the replacement fuel pumps. I was shocked that the serial number on the housing/box was the same as the original bad one I sent back. Thought he sent me back the same defective pumps. I called my Rotax rep Bryan Toepher and he assured me the pumps had been changed out and yes they were so I did have to put on the new serial number on the outside housing based on the new serial number on the internal pumps inside. Looks like the fuel pumps issue is resolved at least for me.
