How to get 915iS Parts
I'm trying to find a simple part, the rubber pad for the bottom of the coolant expansion tank. But this question is more comprehensive. I find all the part numbers I need in the current Illustrated Parts Catalogue, and awesome resource, comprehensive and up to date. When I try to find just about any part I come up dry. This time its the rubber pad for the bottom of the expansion tank. Part number 860-828. I've looked at every common US parts supplier, CPS, Lockwood, Aircraft Spruce, LEAF, and others. No luck. Rotax's international web site promises availability of parts worldwide and an extensive support, but no links to parts whatsoever. I get it that parts supply warehouses only stock commonly needed parts, but where do you go when the parts suppliers don't carry the part you need?
