Hi I'm new to this site! I have a Sling TSi, Garmin G3X with 300hrs.

During the Lane Check on run-up Lane A & B perform as expected.

During takeoff Lane A starts blinking, as soon as I pull back a little power it stops blinking. No faults show up when it's blinking, engine seems to run as expected (not running rough). I recently changed out to a earthX Lithium battery, and temps have also been cold here in CO -- would that matter?

Can anyone provide insight on this?

When you get the blinking light, on the engine page of your G3X, go to Menu > FADEC Information and see what it tells you.

I know there's a common issue on Sling TSi's with one of the sensors on the air intake. Fix was to Dremel out a larger opening around it. Did you build it yourself or through a build assist center? If the latter, they should know about the issue.

I recently had the same issue on my Sling TSi.  The FADEC info option reported Ambient Temperature … Sensor Fault.  I removed the two AATPS sensors on the side of the air intake, checked the connections, ensured nothing was loose or broken and reattached and reseated the sensors.

On my next test flight, the Lane A light did not come on and no issues arose.  It seemed to fix the issue.  Perhaps a TSi nuance as suggested.
