ALUMINUM fragments in oil
I see some aluminum flakes in my oil filter. Engine is under 100 hours. Where are they coming from? If it does turn into more than break in. Where do they look for a problem?

Hello Fred
Surprised nobody responded to your question. The factory uses some Loctite anti seize on assemblies when new. In addition there will always be some increased visual deposits shedding on the first several hundred hours while things mate to each other. I am sure that you will see that disappear by the 2nd or 3rd oil change.
Cheers
