Ok, I finally found the Installation Manual.

Do you have the Fuel Flow Differential Module (FFDM-1) installed correctly?

See pages #8 and #12 of the Instructions.
    Are you sure?

I believe the install is correct but I will get an A&P to come and check it out. This information is for a carburetor engine. I called the factory about this and they said it still works for fuel injection engine. I live up in the mountains so it may be some time before I can get someone up here to inspect it. I will get back to you when it gets checked out.
    AGAIN thanks for your help.

As a minimum, I would check that there is an FFDM installed and the installation was not Rednecked.
Your symptoms indicate that the Return flow Sender is either ...
    1. Not present.
    2. Not Connected Properly.
    3. Not Operational.

Be sure to confirm that the return-flow sender is free to spin and does not have any debris jamming the internal impeller.
