I have a Rotax 912uls with big bore kit and fuel injection Hp is suppose to be 114 ?? I have tried different factory recommended K points I burn close to 5 gallons per hour using the dip stick method but the sensor is not close.
when setting the K point you recommend 68000 so I have 3 digits 680?

I have been reading the forum about location of the sensors and my FT-60 sensors are mounted on the engine side of the firewall is that a problem? One come from the boost pumps on the left side. the return sensor on right side going to the header. This engine is on a Just superstol if that makes a difference.

There is nothing inherently wrong with mounting the sensors on the engine side of the firewall.
As long as they are not being beaten to death from the vibration and they are working for you, all is well.

In a perfect world, 68,000 would be what every installation needed.
The setup is to the nearest 100 counts so 680 (x100) = 68,000.
There is no need for any greater resolution changing the setting to 681 changes the calibration by slightly more than 0.1%.
This would be the equivalent of less than a pint in 100gallons.

The first thing is to verify that the senders are actually located in the correct hoses.
With the Fuel pumps ON and the Engine OFF, you should be displaying ZERO Flow.
The flow to the engine and the return Flow will be exactly the same and cancel each other out.
If the flowmeter indicates anything more than ≈0.1gph, Pumps ON, Engine OFF, you have an installation problem.

If you are known to burn 5.0 gph and the meter is reporting 4.7gph, then it is just a calibration issue.

Reset your calibration to 680 and tell us what you are displaying with the fuel pumps ON at engine OFF, Idle, and WOT.

Thanks Bill I have worked with the manufacture on the FT-60 setting to make sure they were calibrated right and were going the right direction, I just went out and tried your instructions and I found that when i had the instrument set to flow and turned on the pump it shot up to 23.4 then dropped back down to 4.7 then i turned that pump off started # 2 it read the same 4.7?
