    No it's not normal. So you have to start somewhere so these are just a few questions to get out of the way.
    Is the mag drop equal between modules? When was the last carb sync? have you checked the carb float weights and any bowl obstructions? Was any work done on the engine before this started?

    Fault regarding EGT differences rectify after change of carburator on RIGHT side. As the temp. rised on RIGHT side.
    it may be the reasons of lean mixture of carburator on R.H.S
    FURTHER INVESTIGAT THE RIGHT SIDE CARBURATOOR.

    After 600 hours I replaced a faulty EGT sensor with a new one. It functioned fine but consistently read about 100F higher than the other old original one. Now after another 100 hours the new one is slowly starting to agree better with the old one-only about 30F difference. Bottom line, as Garrett stated, it is better to replace them all at the same time.
