I am installing a new throttle control on a 912 with Bing 64 Carbs. I have two cable stops and would like to know where they go. On the end, in case the cable slips or inside to stop cable at idle.

On the RV-12 / 912ULS installation (where a cable slip defaults via spring action to full-throttle), the cable stop goes inside to prevent overstressing of the Bing's throttle arm during idle operations.
