Engine 914 doesn't accelerate

I had a flight at 11500 feet, engine 914 runs more or less normal, light vibration at MAP 31 RPM 5000
At next takeoff, airport see level, when increasing power above MAP 33, the engines power decreased sharply
I can't identified what could be the problem, waste gate stucked??? TCU??? Fuel pressure valve??? Waste gate servo motor????
The carburetors have been overhauled 1 month ago, have flown 4 hours since overhaul
Any suggestion to where to look???
