Thanks Jim. I did rotate the prop in the correct direction but, had already drained the oil tank. Had not removed the oil filter. Sounds like to be safe I had better purge. Also sounds like I'd better turn the prop by hand until I see oil pressure and listen for lifter noise. I sure appreciate all the advice from you guys.

Yes I would purge. Unfortunately when you rotated the prop with an empty reservoir tank, air may have been sucked into the system via the oil hose that supplies oil to the engine.
