I am a subscriber and I have 12 Mb/sec internet and the "new cylinders" video does not run on Firefox, Chrome or IE. I have no trouble with youtube or vimeo videos, etc. On Firefox I see "waiting for streamtest.rotaxowner.com" for several seconds and then nothing except a black square where I assume the video should be. On Chrome I just see the black square and on IE I see blank with no square. This is while I am logged in.

I have Windows XP and automatic updates for my browsers so I believe they are up-to-date.

This is obviously frustrating since I am a subscriber and can not view at least this video that I have tried.

I'm in the same boat as I type this. Speedtest shows my internet connection right now as 28.82 MBps. I think there might be something wrong with your system. I'm a paid subscriber by the way.

Do you know what video format they are issuing these in?

I'm not sure, but I think they stream it in such a way that it doesn't buffer ahead like youtube does (so you can pause it and let it queue up on a slower connection). They do this so people can't steal it.

I hate it though because when I'm at my hangar and on a 4G wifi hotspot it stutters like crazy.

Same problem here when using IE 10 - no video box at all.

Was able to view videos about a month ago.
