    The recent posts have been over the last couple of days (weekend). The administrators are in Canada so there is a reasonable time shift to the users in Europe. I guess they are shortly going to get to the office on Monday morning and will deal with this accordingly.

    I can view the free videos, but not the subscription videos so it looks like some glitch with the subscription service.
    These guys do a great job providing this information and Im sure they will do a great job resolving it shortly.

    Me again;

    I am running Windows 7, 64 bit Operating System and Adobe Flash Player 12.0.0.7. I can view the Sample Videos.
    After selecting the Full Version I get a white screen. Right clicking on that screen produces a message that tells me Flash Player 12.0.0.7 is installed and "No movie Loaded"

    Support: Please advise

    Regards to all; great forum otherwise

    Dan

    Videos are all playing now. My apologies for the outage.

    Apparently on Saturday night we had an unprecedented CRASH of our Adobe streaming video server, and both the server and it's "watchdog" (the program that is supposed to restart it if it ever crashes) had both failed. The actual machine was still running, so I didn't get a crash alert.

    This stuff always seems to happen on a weekend, unfortunately :-(

    I am poring over the logs now to track down what could have been the cause...
