    hello - call from Denmark
we have long discussions in the UL clubs about the influence of alcohol in the petrol on rubber and plastic parts of the engine.
i myself have noted softening of the rubber hoses and surface changes on the floats in the swimmer house of the carburetors.
in Denmark we can not get automobile petrol without alcohol and I would like that problem dealt with in a maintenance video.

The videos are a super helpful reference and easy to follow. We have a fleet of 4 airplanes running 914. I would like to properly check and use the tcu monitoring software for the 914. It's gotten more complicated now that the new computers don't come with a floppy disk drive and the older older type serial connectors. It will be helpful to know how you do it with the new laptops or tablets.
    Thanks.

Thanks for having this contest! I know this is very basic however there are many "experts" out there with different suggestions. I would like to see a video on how to properly start a series 912, cold start, normal start, hot start and include with and without the soft start module. Also that could be included in this is how best to heat the engine for a cold start.
    Thanks again!

I'd like to see a video on various methods for proper power settings on the 912UL such as MAP, RPM, fuel flow?, etc. I think there's a lot to this topic such as proper settings for in-flight adjustable props, ground adjustable, fixed pitch, etc. Plus many pilots fly without MAP, what's best in each situation. How to determine optimum settings given a variety of installations and configurations.

    Thanks
