    Przemyslaw,
I managed to run a return line to the filler neck on one of my wing tanks. There was no need to disturb the tank. It's not pretty, but it works.

I see, but I'm not able to get pipe so near fuel inlet. I think that the best for me is to use gascolator. It's require one nipple and 0,5m of hose.

The port on top of the gascolator will work fine.

    Hi
I have the same problem as you have. High ving aircraft. I am going to purchase the new fuel pump. In my old fuel pump is no outlet for return gasoline. I can not lead the gasoline either to the tanks nor to the gasculator.

With the new fuel pump i have understood that i must be able to lead away return fuel. My solution as i ponder today is plain and simple to lead the return gasoline out in the air via a hole in the bottom cowling. Is there any wrong with that simple solution??

Maybe you have the return line confused with the vent nipple on the new corona pump? The new pump does have a vent that you need to route overboard. Unless the diaphragm fails (very unlikely) you will not get any fuel out of this vent.
If you are talking about the fuel return:
You cannot dump your return fuel overboard; it is a fire hazard, wasteful and an environmentally irresponsible.
