Ok, it's clear but I still thinking about return. If it's no way to get return port in fuel tank (without destroing wing) maybe I can connect return to another point? It is allowed to connect return end before pump instead tank?
Maybe I can make small buffer tank on one of the tanks.

The return line can go to a fuel tank, a header tank and many run it back to the gascolator. Many gascolators have three ports. For example Flight Design for many years ran the return line back into the gascolator on top. So they had a line in on one side. a line out to the fuel pump and then the return line on the top port which pump it back into the low pressure line in side. It could be tee'd into a non pressurized supply line if you had nothing else available.

The fire sleeve is to keep fire away from the fuel lines. A fuel fed fire can burn close to
1800F-2000F in the right conditions. It will give you a fighting chance to get back on the ground or if on the ground time to hopefully extinguish it. Everyone should carry a fire extinguisher. The side affect of the fire sleeve I'm sure has some (how much?) heat shielding and or fuel line heat build up resistance.

So I think that the best for me is go back with return hose to point before fuel filter (there is tank1, tank2 connected to fuel valve, fine filter, fuel flow sensor, ACS gascolator, corona pump) using simply joint (like this http://www.4kolka.pl/14819-66-large/trojnik-paliwa-metalowy-8mm.jpg).

    It is correct ?

This is my idea. What is amount of fuel in return line? It will affect my flow sender indication ?

    Or..
I'm not sure but on my ACS gascolator I can see screw on top.

In another photo in internet I can see/read that it is fuel second fuel input. Maybe it is good to put here return.
