The pump shouldn't have a 200 hr. TBO. It is listed at the 5 year rubber replacement for a change. I should clear up part of my statement on the picture. I would definitely put the fuel lines in fire sleeve and installing a return line. This new pump should really have one.
I would be careful with the oil cooler as Rob said, you could get trapped air if you drain it and try a purge and even after a run. The high spot will be at the top of the cooler and the oil won't push it all out and the oil will take the path of least resistance. The air will stay in the top of the cooler.

Your oil lines should also be in fire sleeve.

Just to clarify: all the Rotax mechanical fuel pumps have a 2000hr/5 year TBO

So.. I have problem. In my plane (tl-132 1995) is no return installation. I mean there is no return hose to any of wing tank. There is no access to tanks without destroying fabrics...

There is any other ways to make alternative to rerutn to tank line?

I going to pu cavitation sleeves (orange one) on all of fuel lines.

I am not sure what cavitation sleeve is but remember the reason for firesleeve is to prevent a engine fire from becoming a fuel-fed fire.
-All the rubber needs to be covered
-The sleeve needs end-dip or something to prevent oil/fuel from wicking into the fibers and making it more flammable. Some use high double wall heat shrink.
-The sleeve needs to be secured to the fitting so fire cannot get to the hose and the sleeve does not come off and expose the rubber. the clamp needs to be metal. Stainless steel is preferred.
Some people think it as heat protection; Just covering the fuel hose near hot spots is not good enough.

Here is a better product for wrapping your fire sleeve bare ends. It is called "End Wrap Tape". It carries the same heat rating as the fire sleeve and is quicker and easier to use the "End Dip". It is self vulcanizing and adheres to itself almost like clue. I'm not a heat shrink fan as it doesn't carry the fire rating and melts away.
