Have recently purchased a Pipistrel Sinus motor glider 8 years old 80hp engine 200hrs.

Starts easy but runs a little rough for first couple of minutes 

EGT number 2 cylinder much lower than the rest and dynon is alarming 

With a little power it comes right after a minute or two and could just about be ignored except that it comes back again in flight at zero throttle setting. Unfortunately being  a motor glider we throttle it back a lot. Especially on approach when the alarms are a bit disconcerting 

Have changed plugs on number 2 cylinder but no effect 

Any advice welcome
