Choke (enrichment circuit) lever

Mine do not go all the way to the stops either, but it works there just fine.

The choke lever should move all the way to the stop when you apply the choke. Adjust the cable if you are not getting the full travel.

In my installation, the activation lever seems designed to have too little travel to be able to go from stop to stop.  I don't think this is actually a mistake or an accident.  My choke has always worked fine when engaged, even if it's not technically "fully" engaged.

Like Rotax said from lower stop to upper stop is normal. That said if you're talking about 1/16" from not being at the full contact stop I doubt that is a problem. If yours only goes part way up then it needs adjustment.

That's as fully on as mine gets (see pic).  Hasn't been an issue.
