Hi thanks, yes many have it, most won’t send to NZ and those that do charge way too much to make it worthwhile and delivery times are silly long.
I’m interested in knowing if anyone after looking at the specs sheets in the 1st and 2nd post sees any reason not to use the locally available product that to me appears a high performing product.
Cheers Dom

Send it to a friend in the US and then have them forward it to you.

That’s even slower and costs more, still waiting 3 months now for float patch’s I had sent to mate who sent them on.
I’ll stick with locally sourced items as much as poss, less hassle.
Do you have any technical expertise to offer on the original post topic? That would be great if you did.

Hi Dominic, comparing the datasheets I would say that the Electrolube paste has a much higher thermal conductivity at 3 W/m.K compared to the Wacker paste which has a maximum of 0.8 W/m.K. That is about 4 times higher so probably not a good substitute.
I see that Digikey has a NZ website and they stock a number of different thermal pastes. Looking at the datasheets, these ones looks promising:

You may have to bump your order up to $66 to get free shipping.
