During stator replacement on my 912iS, 1100 hrs total, I'm trying to measure the axial clearance of the free wheel. Heavy MM, section 72-20-00, pages 14-15, describe clearance limits. I am measuring almost 2-3 mm. Either I am doing it wrong or misinterpreting the results.
Anyone else remove the ignition housing of a 912iS and has an opinion?
