Pop-off valve check - how is it done?

The type 915 MML is vague on how to do it.  The type 916 MML cleared that up a bit so here is the same call out, 700 mbarr or 10.15 psi check.  The 916 manual however has some better guidance on what you have to do.  i attached the pages from the 916 for you.

Can you please post the exact  Rotax part number for the pop off valve tester? I am unable to read it on the video image.
