    Hi Jeff,
    yes, the cable may be too loose.
    You don't need to remove the cable; just cycle the servo as described in prev post and use finger pressure to see if you can pull the wastegate arm any further in the same direction as the cable is pulling (the spring will stretch some more)
    If it is loose you can adjust it with the two nuts. see attached training guide.

    Thanks Rob,
    Indeed. The waste gate is not completely closed because the cable (which the servo pulls to close it) is too lose.
    Hope that will fix it!

    Hi All,
    So the waste gate servo cable was adjusted (was off about 1/4 inch) and is now tight.
    A test flight at 12500 ft density altitude showed 33.8 in MAP at WOT (100% throttle, not 115% throttle) and 34..36 inches were available all the way up during the climb (had to back off power to avoid overspeed the prop).
    So the issue is fixed.
