Had a smell of oil in flight today, (motor has been standing for 10 years, first flight at cruise power setting since getting it airworthy again) landed, all left push rods pushing out oil (a fair bit) at the o rings. The right side pushrods are perfectly dry.

Looks like I need to pull the heads to change the Seals. Any tips from the pros, things to look out for, guessing I can get away without having to pull the heads completely off, (leave pistons in the sleeves).

New Head Gaskets/Rings too?

I'm obviously going to have to do the right side too, although its all dry. Going to be an expensive exercise.
