EZ oild drain valve

Mine is safety wired between the 2 brass parts. 

Hardly a Rotax 9 engine topic - should be in general.

Personally I think the risk , of inadvertent oil loss, far outweighs the the occasional (for me every 50 hrs, others 100 hrs) inconvenience of an oil change.

I'm  not a fan of these quick drain valves either. They drain way too slow and you don't  get a good flush on the oil tank. Too much debrie can stay in the tank bottom. Plus I hate just sitting there waiting for the oil to drain.
