I looked back at some of your pictures. Are these oil hose at least 13mm ID or are they smaller? The one in the picture looked small, but really hard to tell from the picture.

    ... Bill any thoughts here?

I am still waiting for the results of the check that the bottom metal plate in the Oil Tank is Domed Side Down.

Also if you blow from the Oil Pump back to the Oil Tank, is the hose unrestricted?

You might also try placing the Oil Hose from the pump into a container and pressurizing the Oil tank as if you were doing an Oil Line purge.
I would think you should be able to empty the Oil tank in less than a minute with about 5psi of pressure.
If you only get a dribble... there's your problem!

Have we been overlooking the obvious?
Could it be the Oil Cooler is restricting the flow?
Once the Oil has heated up, the Oil Thermostat is closed and is out of the picture and all the flow is through the Cooler.
Remove the Oil Cooler and back flush it with Kerosene. See what comes out.
