Please read the release, the serials are all included, both certified and non certified, in the certified version of the SB.  Rotax Owner did a very good video on the SB to show what is says and even has the links to both the certified bulletin and non certified.

Hey Rotax, instead of throwing documents at us (affected or not) and freaking us ALL out while we try to weed our way through them, would you just create a webpage to show applicability of bulletins for a specific serial number? 

Seems easy enough for you to do, since you are the master source for all this stuff.

This is getting overwhelming….and very disappointing.

Your engine with S/N 10001691 was manufactured on May 22, 2023, and is NOT affected by this SB. The lowest S/N listed in the SB is 10002076, manufactured on June 13, 2023, so you missed the affected S/N range by just a few days.

Regardless, it's better to go by the engine S/N range and not worry about the affected date range.
